What are my ordering options?
To make it easier and safer to order our DVDs, we are able to give you a few options on how you may order.

By Phone:

  • Call TOLL FREE 1-888-72-VIDEO Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
  • Phone in your order with your credit card number ready (Visa and Mastercard).
  • Visa and MasterCard is accepted.
  • Other - check, money order is accepted. Please phone OR E-MAIL us for instructions.
  • Your e-mail address, name and mailing address will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be sold to any third party.

How To Use The Shopping Cart:

  • Select the DVDs that you want to purchase by using the "Add to Cart" button.
  • Choose "Check Out" when you are done shopping or "Continue Shopping" to add more items.
  • After you push the "Check Out" Button you will be offered further instructions on how to proceed.

What are my payment options?
We do accept Visa, Mastercard and money order. If you do wish to send us a money order, please email or call us and we will email you the money order procedure. Please note, we do not accept personal cheques, Discovery, American Express, or Paypal.
What are the web browser compatibility ?
Although the website does support Internet Explorer 4.0 and Netscape 4.06 and up, in order to optimize your viewing experience we recommend that you use Netscape 6.0 or Internet Explorer 5.0+. It is recommended to upgrade your browsers as frequently as possible in order to keep up with the newest technologies and features now available on many web pages.

Will my credit card information be secure?
YES! All transactions are secure and encrypted. Upon checkout, we use a server secured by QuickSSL to ensure a high level of security. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and the checkout server is secure.

Is my transaction information secure?
YES! All information submitted through our website is strictly confidential. Your e-mail address, name and mailing address will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be sold to any third party. We never have and never will!
What name will the charge appear under on my credit card statement?
The charge on your credit card will show as Executive Video Production
What currency are your prices?
All our prices are in Canadian Funds.
How will my order be packed?
We pride ourselves on security and privacy. All our orders are packed, sealed and shipped in a plain yellow bubble envelope or box.
Will my package go through customs?
We are owned and operated within Canada. All our parcels are shipped from Canada. Therefore, there are no duties or custom hassles.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the availablity of the DVD(s) you ordered, it can take between 1-3 weeks for delivery. If a DVD is out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know and you will be given the choice to either wait for the DVD(s) to come in from our suppliers or cancel your order.
Will you email me tracking information?
Yes we will. Once your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email within 1 business day. In general, if you haven’t received tracking information of your order within 3 business days, please contact us.
Can you give me more details on your free shipping offer?
All orders over $36.00 (before any applicable taxes) receive FREE shipping. Please choose the FREE shipping option at checkout. Orders are shipped by Canad Post Expedited.
If I order more than one product, do I have to pay for shipping on each of the items?
Yes, our shipping charges are $5 for the first item and $2 for every additional item. Orders over $36.00 (before any applicable taxes) receive FREE shipping.
Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?
Yes it is possible. Please contact us via phone or email to make prior arrangements

I Received a Damaged or Defective DVD what do I do?
If you have received a damaged or defective dvd, please email us ASAP for your Return Authorization Number. Unfortunately there maybe a manufacture defect or for some odd reason, certain dvd’s just don’t play in certain machines.

Return Policy

  • All returns need a return authorization number. Please contact us in order to get your RA#.
  • DVDs must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
  • Returns for factory sealed DVDs may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Opened DVDs cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will be either refunded or replaced with same item only, unless otherwise authorized by representative. For defective DVD items, you must let us know about the defect within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise.
  • We do not pay for the postage on returns.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • If DVDs are returned to us for no reason (unclaimed, refused, wrong address), the order would be subject to reshipping charge or a restocking fee.
